|Berries are not only delicious, but they have natural sugars which make them a great snack to grab while on the go. They are great for adding into cereal, oatmeal and other meals and kids love them, too.
However, they can stain the teeth which is something that not many people like. They can cause a lot of issues when it comes to having cleaner, whiter teeth since this seems to be a healthy look for everyone to go with when it comes to their teeth.
Berries are Still Good to Eat Though!
Berries are delicious and you should not stop eating them just because they can stain the outside of your teeth. Whiter does not mean healthier and the whiteness of your teeth can be cleaned to shine once again.
The berries have antioxidants and vitamins in them that are essential for healthier and stronger teeth and gums. This means you do not want to worry about not being able to smile with confidence and a strong smile after all.
Berries, just like many other fruits and veggies are great for health but when it comes to the outside of the teeth, they might have those staining properties you would rather not deal with.
This does not mean you should ex them off your list forever though. Make sure you have a well balanced diet worthy of your teeth and overall heath once again.
